A short transfer through the beautiful highlands of Dalat and we will reach the trailhead. Once everyone is ready, we will then trek into the jungle to reach our practice spot. At the practice slope, you will be learning the basics of knot tying, harness wearing, hardware, and proper rappelling technique from our professional and skilled guides. These basics are not difficult to learn so do not worry if you have not tried canyoning before. This will be your first great experience on canyoning. Once our guides are satisfied with your canyoning techniques, you will proceed to your first rappel which is a 15 meters descent into the river below you.

The Thrill (and Terror) of Canyoning in DaLat, Vietnam

You will see a beautiful waterfall right next to the descending spot. Then, we will head down further until we reach the spectacular Tyrolean Traverse that drops down and over a waterfall and the river. It will be like a natural water slide when you rappel down the waterfall. Remember what you learned from the practice and use them properly as you traverse through the canyon. After that, we will do some jungle trekking over a few winding trails and rolling hills. At some part of the trekking, we will need to get into the river in order to continue our journey. Keep an eye out on any interesting things you can see in this exotic jungle. Alas, we will have 2 more canyoning section through waterfalls including the famous ‘Washing Machine’ before we get out of the canyon. Our vehicle will meet us and transport us back to Dalat.
