(Dalat – Lak lake Buon Me Thuot – Pleiku – Ngoc Hoi - Ho Chi Minh Trail – Phuoc Son – Hoi An) Day 1: Dalat to Lak lake ( 150 kilometers) 7:00 am pick up at your hotel and departure to start off the ride (20 minutes outside of Dalat). Fantastic riding section about 17 kilometers downhill to Ta Nung. Flat to rolling hills after this. You can see coffee and vegetable farms, cricket and weasel farms, rice wine making, and a traditional silk center. Elephant Falls and Linh An Pagoda with “big happy Buddha” on your bike. After lunch at a local restaurant, we go down Phu Son pass to Lak lake with a jungle forest, minority village, local farms, and a panoramic view of Lak lake in the distance on your way. We stay overnight in a hotel near Lak Lake. Day 2: Lak Lake to Buon Me Thuot (50 kilometers) After breakfast, we’ll head out to visit one of the old summer retreats of Emperor Bao Dai and Lak lake scenery. Some light trekking is possible from Jun minority village, elephant riding, and taking boat trips remotely to the village on the far side of Lake lake are available here. And then we drive to Buon Me Thuot about 50 km ( mostly fast) for lunch. After lunch and rest, we keep going to DraySap and Gia Long waterfalls. One of the most beautiful falls in the central highland of Vietnam, swimming is available here. Arrive back to Buon Me Thuot around 5 pm. Everything is free to explore the city. Day 3: Buon Me Thuot to Pleiku ( 200 kilometers) Travel along the Ho Chi Minh Trail with a visit to the War Monument for the Former North Radio Operator Soldiers. On the way, you also take the time to see how the Vietnamese make rice paper and rice noodles in a local way. Pleiku is the place where we stay the night after a long ride. Day 4: Pleiku to Ngoc Hoi (130 kilometers) On this day we’ll also see the Sea lake (which used to be a volcanic crater), visit Kom Tum prison, the Wooden church, and Kon Ktu village. We’ll spend some time traveling around Pleiku city ( the capital of the Central Highland) then we’ll head to Greenfield of the Bana and Gairal people, and see the crocodile farm, pagoda, and traditional music of them. Stay the night in Kom Tum. Day 5: Ngoc Hoi to Phuoc Son (120 kilometers) On this day we’ll spend more time visiting historical vestiges, such as the well knowPhoenixAirportand Charlie hill to know more about the war between Northern and Southern Vietnam. Stop over at Indochina's three corners: "Lao, Vietnam, Cambodia". (three-way border) and the hot spring Dak Ha, go to see Trieng Minority village and try crossing monkey bridge. Overnight stay in Kham Duc town. Day 6: Phuoc Son to Hoi An (130 kilometers) Take Highway 14E to Hoi An and we’ll go explore the local market of the mountain town. Go to see how the local people make rice paper, incense making, and the Cao Dai temple. The last stop is My Son Holly Land (the land of Champa Kingdom) to learn about the culture and architecture of the ancient people before finishing the trip to Hoi An in the afternoon. It's included: Guide, motorbike, entrance fee, and accommodation. It's excluded: Food and drinks. The trip can be started from Hoi An and finished in Dalat depending on your desire.
